A: Your transcript and other meeting insights are stored in your own browser. Check out Hetki's privacy policy for more details.

Q: How do I get Hetki to start?

A: Hetki will start automatically when you join your meeting on Google Meet. There's no extra step you need to take.

Q: How do I find insights and transcripts from an old meeting?

A: You can find insights and transcripts from old meetings by:

  1.  Clicking on Hetki Chrome extension's icon

  2.  Selecting the meeting you want to view insights and transcripts

Hetki widget will automatically pop up with the selected meeting's insights and transcripts.

Q: Where do I find talk statistics and overall sentiment analysis?

A: You can find find talk statistics and overall sentiment analysis by:

  1.  Clicking on the ellipsis (three-dot) menu icon on Hetki widget

  2.  Selecting Show dashboard

Q: Can I send Hetki's automatic meeting notes to my email?

A: Yes! You can send all the automatically detected and manually added tags (Issues, Schedules, Tasks, ...) to your registered email by clicking on the email icon on Hetki widget.

Q: How do I edit the transcripts or add extra tags?

A: You can edit the transcripts by clicking on the part you want to change and start editing.

You can add extra tags by clicking on the tag set at the end of each sentence.

Q: How do I upgrade my Hetki subscription plan?

A: There are two ways for you to upgrade your Hetki subscription plan:

  1.  Method 1: From Hetki widget

    1.  Clicking on the ellipsis (three-dot) menu icon on Hetki widget

    2.  Selecting Show dashboard

  2.  Method 2: From Hetki's website
